After living here for almost a month, I can guarantee you that you will be satisfied living here. I've found that the staff and maintenance team are super nice and helpful, and the buildings are pretty new. I get that some people may have bad experiences with places, but compared to other apartment complexes in London, this one is far above the others. I don't think i've heard of other apartments hosting resident events like ping pong tournaments and barbecues, and having their own shuttle. And about the shuttle, remember that they are providing it for you as a "bonus" feature, so obviously it won't be reliable 100% of the time because of the amount of residents taking it, but so far i've had no issues with it. The only recommendation I have is to show up a little early at the shuttle stop so you can catch it twice in case you don't make it on the first time. About the rooms, the rooms are pretty big and there's a lot more space than you think, I find it a lot better than living on residents at the university. You can also apply for a room by yourself, the website doesn't really state this at first, but if you don't have anyone to apply with, you can apply solo and they will put you in a unit with other tenants, so don't be mislead by the pricing because compared to other places, this one is a steal while also considering the rent includes utilities including wifi. Overall this place does not get enough credit and it's for sure under-rated. :)

The process for finding and arranging housing with the w was super easy. They are very accommodating and respond to emails fast. Janny was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very helpful. As advertised on the website "effortless living" made easy.

The W customer service has been phenomenal. Throughout the whole applying process they have been really supportive and patient. As someone who has never done this before they consistently gave me advice and guided me in regards of what to do for my own benefit. The facilities are amazing as-well. For all of the benefits and amenities you get I highly suggest you live here as a student.
