  William Ware does not disappoint. Every time, I've called-in to make appointments, and he was happy to set up a time that matched well for both of us. When I bought my violin that I have to-date, he was extremely patient, and professional. He showed multiple different selections within my price range, and offered a good price for it. I visited him to buy a bow as well which were in good quality, and when one of the strings had a 'screechy' sound, he found a perfect temporary solution for my upcoming performance, and offered good price for buying & switching the string himself. He also offers amazing trade-in policy which he will happily take back the violin purchased from him with no depreciated value at all (for me anyhow). I've bought multiple violins from him, and every time is when he offers excellent customer service. I have never left this business without being satisfied. Knowing Bill and his experience, he knows his violins, and he can offer a good selection depending on your specific needs. His workshop is pretty neat as well which bunch of old newspaper articles to little sculptures made with violin bodies. Definitely recommended.
