Lovegrove Dermatology

I was referred to Dr. Lovegrove for a suspected rare ulcer wound after battling with it for 18 months and surprisingly, the wait to see her was only about two and a half to three months, even my GP was impressed with the time frame. (I was more than happy to go to London after a not so pleasant experience with a Dermatologist in Sarnia.)

One of her assistants, Alex is dealing my case (it's nice to see the same person each time who is familiar with your situation) with Dr. Lovegrove overseeing all aspects. It was taken very seriously immediately, biopsies and a plan of action with regular injections being needed. Again, I am happy to make the drive as needed regularly for competent care.

The office itself is very nice and clean, well maintained, modern yet comfortable at the same time. All staff I have encountered are extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful, the front desk staff is great. Alex has been very kind and walks me through each step as well as suggestions made by Dr. Lovegrove, I feel very comfortable with her. Dr. Lovegrove herself is kind, compassionate and definitely knowledgeable...I feel confident being in her care and in her a staff's as well. I am quite relieved to have been referred here and feel optimistic for the first time in a while.
