I personally never found them to discriminate, all jobs have the right fit sometimes its tough to survive in one if you haven't grown up in the field. Never the less although I had a sour opinion about them and complained, they still emailed me asking if I wanted to work at a facility. Just keep the hopes up everyone and don't burn bridges.
