Very efficient facility! Staff are kind and make a stressful experience easier. Test wasn't nearly as painful as I anticipated. Thank you front line workers!

Appointment only, and only testing those with symptoms. However even with appointment you still have to wait in a line outside. I came for 10:45 appointment and there was at least 15 people ahead of me. Nurses were awesome, super friendly. Whole process took about 35 minutes.

Great Service! Arrived at the testing facility at 2:25 pm. The security person asked me a couple of questions and gave me a ticket with my Appointment that happened to be in just 5 Min. At the door, was greeted by this lady that asked me to take my mask off, put it in my pocket, sanitize my hands and proceed to the first desk a couple of steps away. Once there, another lady asked me to sanitize my hands again and take a mask from a container and follow the signs printed on the floor to inside the arena. Was greeted again by a person that checked my health card number and General information with the London Health Science database, printed the paperwork and handed to me, Then a very sweet and polite nurse named Andrea took me to a little cubicle were she checked my data again and proceeded to do the test on me.
The whole procedure took less than 13 Min.
Highly recommend this testing center. All personnel very polite and professional. Can say it was a pleasant experience. Just the tickle inside my nose had the thumbs down.
