The staff were helpful although I'm getting mixed messages. My dad was at the argyle location where nick had told him that I am eligible for an upgrade without a plan change. At the hyde park location they had told me my dad would have to upgrade and spend more on his plan for me to upgrade my phone. I've had this phone over 5 years now and I am basically still not eligible for an upgrade. I'm not complaining about the store, I am complaining about Roger's as a disorganized corporate company. Your choice on if you want to trust them. Good luck!

I went to buy a new phone and it was an excellent experience. Very knowledgeable about phones and their features. The sales assistant was Eduardo and he helped me find the best plan and phone. Totally recommend going to this store.

I love going to this location, the staff always welcome me with a smile and are very knowledgeable when it comes to the current phones and plans. I have gone in several times to ask about products and when I finally decided on a phone I wanted to have, the staff ordered it for me since it was not in stock. Even if it is busy, they make sure to let you know how long the wait will be and try to narrow down the problem so that they don’t waste your time - all while still helping the other customer! You never feel forgotten in their store! Will definitely recommend and come back to.
