We used Reliable Technology Services for over five years to assist our employees with their technology needs. Reliable did everything from recommending, purchasing, securing, auditing, and creating user accounts while our IT department focused on other initiatives.
We had a fairly complex environment spanning most North American time zones, seven different networks with some employees working in the office, and many working remotely.
We had older Windows, Mac, Android, and iPhone devices. Regardless of the differences they were able to support them.
I wouldn't hesitate to work with Reliable again for a managed help desk, or it projects. Rick, Sandra, and the team were the perfect partner for managing our computers and networking gear.
