(November 7, 2021, 6:14 pm)A brilliant find for gluten free food. Walking by while visiting the western fair market I saw these delicious looking cheese bread buns with gluten free written above them.
After inquiring I learned they were Brazilian cheese buns made with tapioca flour.
I decided to try the stuffed sun dried tomato bun, a delightful and delicious decision.
