Zed-Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Great experience with Zed-Air in doing an annual maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner. Spencer arrived right at the start of the 2hr window (always appreciated) and was very friendly and professional. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the LifeBreath system and how to use it effectively in my home. An extra shout out for letting me know about the "critter" in my window well and helping me try to rescue it! I would definately recommend using Zed-Air in the future.

Since we moved in our current home Zed-Air has been our go too, for all HVAC, water heater and gas fire place needs. Today their professional service team came, removed and replaced water heater. We have found the owners and staff prompt in response, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Service teams have always been respectful of home and leave everything clean and tidy. I called ZedAir in a panic yesterday after another company had tried to scam me and ultimately had shot my system by their own mistake. The other business had told me I needed a new furnace. I decided to get a second opinion and called ZedAir.
Mark came out to my home first thing this morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it and did not at all try to talk me into a new furnace. I was absolutely amazed by the professional, and understanding approach. It was evident to me that Mark was extremely knowledgeable in this area and clearly explained to me what had been wrong and how he had quickly resolved this issue.I would absolutely recommend ZedAir and would give them a 5+ if I could!!!!
