Dr. Emily was my wife’s gynae … it was good experience overall .

My wife’s first pregnancy was followed in this clinic by Dr. Bachmeier, and even after birth. They always pick the phone when we called and always accommodated our needs. Most Front desk people are nice and always willing to help. Only remember of one who looks/acts rude, but at least it never really affected our experience. I used to take this place for granted until I moved to Ottawa and realized how BAD the health system has become! It made me realize that the service I was receiving here was 5/5.

Dr Cherly Smits was kind and caring during my pregnancy days. Dr Emily Backmeir took care of my delivery. And she was kind and sweet too. It was my first delivery, so I was bit scared. Both the Doctors took great care during all phases. Highly recommended!

I had been suffering from several health issues for more than 10 years and my old doctor did nothing to help, telling me to straight up "just deal with it".
In the first appointment I had with Dr. Thompson, she accurately diagnosed my illnesses and put me on track towards a healthy recovery.
2 years later, the issues I dealt with for years are almost completely gone. Dr. Thompson listens to patents and works with them towards achieving a healthy, painfree life.

Dr Dales was amazing and i would definitely recommend her. the nurse there was also very welcoming along with the younger receptionist ( Tammy i believe her name is) but the older receptionist was a nightmare!!!!! she was rude to me on multiply occasions and i dreaded speaking to her when i went in for an appointment. i could immediately tell if she answered the phone when i called because of her non existent phone etiquette, its sad because she is the only one there that sours my experience!
