Food Basics Pharmacy

I don't understand why someone would experience poor customer service at this pharmacy, my husband and I have been using it for probably 10 plus years and everyone is always very helpful. Both pharmacists have caught errors made by our doctors and had them corrected before dispensing our meds.

I’ve been dealing w pharmacy for more than 10 and I’ve never had a major complaint. All the staff are friendly and helpful and if there’s something they’re unsure of but would like to know, they’ll verify w their coworkers until they find the answer you need. I can also see why someone might consider them being rude at times but that’s a major exaggeration even then. They can be a little short when they are busy but everyone can have good days or bad days. I’ve never had anyway that isn’t kind, supportive and helpful and makes sure I’m satisfied w my purchase and the service I recd. it’s way, way better than the cold impartiality that you get from other pharmacies. They treat you like a friend or a member of the family. They give quick , informative service w s smile and always have an extra ear to listen if you have an issue that’s troubling you plus a reassuring smile when needed. Even when I get to the point and unable to go to the pharmacy, I’ll still get my prescriptions there since I can always depend on great service
