(December 20, 2018, 2:04 am)NOTHING BUT POSITIVE TO SAY! Awesome tire shop with amazing customer service. Emil went above and beyond with getting my tires even after I was ready to go else where. He assured me that he was able to get me the perfect tire for my car and went the extra mile on the price as well as covering a tire patch for me. This shop has now become my go to tire shop for my STI!

While waiting for my vehicle I witnessed a staff member deal with a very difficult customer. They handled it with nothing but professionalism and kindness.
It was nice to see because genuine kindness is very hard to come by these days! Great job guys! Keep up all the good work!

UPDATE: I would like to thank Don, Marc & Cindy for their help during a recent difficult situation. An unfortunate accident, for which Fountain Tire was not at fault, left me without a car. They went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they provide me with a loaner car and issue a refund for recent work done on my vehicle, they stepped up and provided me with new winter tires at no charge. Exceptional customer service that is very much appreciated! Many thanks
