I first had the pleasure of meeting Emily when she led a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training that I attended. It might sound like an exaggeration, but that training completely changed my life-- and it was all thanks to Emily's expert guidance and genuine care.

Emily has an incredible gift for teaching, building community, holding space for her students, and transforming lives. If you have the chance to go to one of her classes or work with her in any capacity, do it!!!

Emily was one of our teachers when in Peru for our YTT; she had all of the best qualities a teacher could hope for. So easy to connect with, to laugh with, to show compassion and understanding, and to gently guide the way so you were always comfortable with where you were on your journey. Her smile was contagious, and every day felt like sunshine. The only thing missing was knowing I couldn’t take her with me when it was time to leave 😭 I will love this girl forever! ♥️
