She marketed my house well, as my house is difficult to market because it’s an old century home that has an uncommon floor plan. But she knew what to do and helped me get my home staged, so that it would present well on showings and got me more money than expected.

She was really good at her job. She always gave excellent advice whenever I needed to consult her or when I needed any information. She even helped me coordinate and oversee repairs, and gave honest recommendations on things that don’t need to be repaired, which saved me ton of money.

I’m really glad that I found Michelle. I have worked with incapable agents who were unknowledgeable, inexperience, and inattentive, who gave me lousy advice which cost me tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of time wasted. People say in this industry, the top 20% of the agents gets 80% of the business. And after working with Michelle I would definitely tell anyone that she is a top agent.
