I would definitely recommend Titanium Auto. I had a negative experience from before purchasing a vehicle from a used car dealership. This was the total opposite. It was pleasant, easy and absolutely painless. Mateo and Moe went above and beyond my expectations. They would have my loyalty as a customer for sure. Definitely would recommend.

Titanium Auto showed a high professional service when I bought 2018 Ford Fusion a couple of weeks ago. They provided an honest and exceptional price deal compared with other many car dealers for the same brand and year .
I advice any one wishes to buy a car to visit and check with Titanium Auto before making the final purchasing decision .

Found out about Titanium while searching Kijiji as they had a listing for an interesting, very new, very low kilometre vehicle at a good price. The car made our short list.

After looking more closely it turned out to be a very near perfect example of what we were looking for, 15 months since leaving the manufacturer’s dealer it had 20,000km on it and next to zero apparent wear and tear inside or out. Nearly two years of the original factory warranty came with it when we bought it.

Test drove it one day. Asked Titanium if we could take it to our mechanic for an inspection the next day and the answer from Titanium was “That's totally fine.” Our mechanic checked it over and was impressed, his words to us were “That’s a new car.”

Their selection of nearly new cars and the relaxed, no pressure approach from the people at Titanium sealed the deal for us. Too happy to recommend them to anyone based on our experience.

I had a great experience buying my Mercedes SUV from Titaniium Auto. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy, even delivered a battery for the key fob to my home when it died the day after purchasing the car. I have dealt with many of the sales staff there and all are helpful, patient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. A truly unique experience.
