(January 26, 2019, 12:15 pm)Been coming to Titanium for a few years and thw experience has always been a plus.. We have bought cars from them on springbank and serviced at their shop.. For warranty reasons some of the repais have been done at the dealership.. To come to this garage for regular service is a must.. Friendly staff anf the knowledgeable people that work there.. Had work done at the dealership the week before servicing my car at titanium and was notified of a problem with the vehicle that had to be addressed soon.. I cannot believe the dealership does not go over the car and check for potential other issues.. Im glad they did and went back to the dealership with problem mentioned.. Answer was.. We only fix what's mentioned in the log for the car, we dont look for other problems.. They were not too happy when I told other customers to go to titanium with non warranty service..
(October 25, 2018, 4:24 pm)Offered free wifi so that could get work done while my ac was getting repaired. They also offer a discount if you let them put a branded plate holder on your car. That's more than the dealership ever offered to drive around with their name on my car.

After some outrageous prices in St.Thomas, I was told about Titanium Auto. This place is friendly, clean, and goes beyond for their clients. What was to be a simple part became a waiting game, beyond their control. Jane put me to ease and set me up with a loaner car, Gorge let me call as many times for updates and went out of his way. My car is 12 years old, it comes with repairs. The mechanics know their stuff and the whole shop is so understanding. I cannot express enough how you are treated like a someone and not just a number.
You want great quality, reasonable pricing, no headaches, reassurance and a place that goes beyond, Hands down, This is the place!!!

Google reviews are sometimes not trustworthy/sketchy but trust this one. You need to go get work done on your car in or around London, come here. Wont regret it. I guarantee it
(June 4, 2018, 11:05 pm)Such a nice team of people! Went in for an oil change and they went above and beyond and told me any issues that needed attention that they noticed during my oil change. Everyone at front desk is so kind and helpful! I’ll always recommend them to people since I always have an amazing experience!
