Customer service was great only thing disappointing was i picked up a pair of pants and the sign said $29.00 but rang up 56 when i questioned it they said it was select styles but in turn it wasn't styles like the sign said it was select colours so i switched out the black dress pants for navy blue ones instead. I also grabbed a bra that was on the $19 rack and it rang up 46.00 i questioned it as well was told it was placed in wrong area so i said no thanks.

I read a review that stated that the staff did not acknowledge the person and of course they were not very pleased, that’s understandable. I have shopped this store for many years and have always been greeted by courteous knowledgeable staff. Even when I am not having a great day they are so accommodating it has always been a great experience. There are times when I can’t find anything I like and I will discuss with the staff some of the new crazy styles for larger women and question why the buyers would think this would look good on a larger woman?? The staff listen and usually help me find something I may ( or may not) like but they always help. I have never had an experience of anything but great positivity in this store.

Selection was good, but not a lot in the style I wanted. Long swing or Align tunics.

My wife buys here and of course I tag along to give my nod of approval:-) This store is quite large, well lit and clothing is displayed in groups which is perfect for use fashion challenged husbands. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and quick to advise of sales and promotions. As a husband in a women's clothing store I didn't feel awkward , it's a great place to update my wife's wardrobe we will be back.
