I just finished my full treatment at UROSPOT. The experience has been incredible. First of all the staff is so caring, so professional, and I learned so much about my pelvic floor! I had tried pelvic floor physio in the past at Mama’s Physio and it was not for me. I found it a really awful experience. When she told me to “exhale out my flower” I knew this was not going to work. My OBGYN recommended UROSPOT and I loved the idea of keeping my clothes on. For me I was leaking every time I laughed, sneezed, worked out and I always had to go. It took about 4 sessions before I noticed a step change in my results but now that I’m done 6 sessions I am SO thrilled with the results. I don’t even think about it anymore. I am leak free and my urge issues are totally gone!! This changed my life!!!

After just 2 sessions I am seeing amazing results! I have to use the bathroom way less than before, and when I do it feels much less urgent. Another great side affect that I've noticed is that my core feels engaged all day long! I cannot wait to feel the full effects after my 6 sessions are complete!
