Elite Appliance Service was great to work with, They kept me updated as to when the work would be completed. Joey the service Technician was excellent. I received emails from them as to when the service would be done and a text message on the day approx 1hr prior to arrival. very happy with Elite and Joey. Thanks.

Elite Appliance saved our recent purchase of beef. We lost approximately 1/8th of our recent order. But thanks to Carl and Elite for fitting us in 1 day after calling for service we are very thankful.
The tech was very professional and quick the diagnose the problem. (In my opinion Frigidaire should not have let this unit out of its factory)

Carl Li from Elite Arrived at my home and diagnosed a failed compressor on my LG refrigerator. From the time he came in to start the repair i recognized his attention to detail and methodical approach to the repair. Carl demonstrated his experience and pride to doing the repair properly the first time. After the repair was completed he cleaned up the work area and explained what i should do in the nexr 24 hours to a week to ensure the repair was successful on the fridge. I would highly recommend Elite Appliance and technician Carl Li for excellence in repair service.

Had plumber in prior to calling GE. They use Elite Appliance Service and I received a call promptly. Joey came on time after giving me a 1/2 hr call prior to coming, as I requested. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what was happening and why. Would definitely call Elite for non warranty now! Reference # 529913
