(September 3, 2018, 12:29 pm)Purchased a 10lb brisket from Pack Rd Country Meats for my smoker. I looked at several in the 10 - 12lb range and chose this one because of the good advice from the butcher. The results were fantastic. The meat was delicious and juicy after 8 hours only on my Pit Boss K24 ceramic smoker. I'll for sure be buying another one in a few weeks and look at other products they offer.
