(January 31, 2019, 5:47 am)Just came in for a donut, ordered a Boston Cream & some special donut, there was 1 Boston Cream left as it was almost 10 & the employee dropped it. Her reaction was amazing, I didn't even understand what happened at first. I could tell she felt bad & said I can pick anything else to replace it.
I got a vanilla dip, though even after I got what I paid for she offered something else for free in which I declined. Yeah, she might have dropped a donut though she handled the situation with not only perfection though emotion & was sincere. I've got to respect a business with caring employees & it was a total accident, & they happen sometimes. I'm glad I came tonight because I got top of the line customer service.
(November 20, 2018, 8:18 pm)Whenever we order from here, there is almost always something missing from our order. I would rate this location lower, if not for the friendly drive thru staff and the management's efforts to make things right, when you report an issue. The staff who work here are generally very nice and sociable, but there is often times too much chatter going on between them and that is where mistakes often slip through. If you plan on going here, make sure to ask for napkins as you will not get them otherwise.
