(October 6, 2018, 2:58 am)Purchased our crossfire here this summer. Derek and service tech both easy to deal with. Had an issue with the mattress our first couple weekends out. They replaced it with no issues. Also had a recall to return for and they took care of that as soon as we drove on the yard. No wait time when returning for service. Staff is AWESOME!!! Great job guys.

(July 9, 2018, 12:54 am)Picked up our new 2019 Hideout this week. Hands down the best experience dealing with a dealership. They were not pushy to make a sale and kept us informed along the way when our new trailer would arrive. We travelled from Windsor ON as you just can't get this service down our way. The pick up day demo was extremely informative and made me feel at ease being a first time trailer buyer and they explained everything to me and walked me through how to hook it up in great detail. My parents accompanied me for pickup day and they have purchased many trailers before in Windsor and have never received such an in depth demo and were VERY impressed. I would recommend everyone here. Small dealership but they will exceed your expectations by miles. Very satisfied customer! Thanks again Derek and team!
