I brought my PC into the service department at the London North store with a number of problems that I could not seem to solve at home and within 24 hours, the service technician Josh went the extra mile multiple times to take care of the situation. He had excellent communication and product knowledge and did not try and upsell me or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. The best part is that my computer is now running as good as new and I could not be more happy. I highly recommend that anyone having problems with there systems do the same. 10/10

Went in today with no knowledge of what was needed for my teenage daughter, left there with everything I needed to get her started and more. All the staff there made us feel welcome and went out of their way to lead us in the right direction. Totally happy and walk out with money still in the bank. Happy teenager/ happy life. Thanks from my family to your Team 👍

Such a nice store with very friendly staff, Justin was very nice and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and hooked me up with a great pc!

Caught the soft open this weekend. Shelves are still being filled but I was able to find what I needed as the staff were friendly and helpful.
