Decent builder. Better than other builders such as Waverly Homes, who are rude and poor service to contractors
Great company to deal with being a contractor
We have built a few times with a few different builders and Pat was by far the best. Pat himself is very personable and responsive, going above and beyond to talk to us personally , making sure we were on the same page. He is also fair, charging fair prices for upgrades and allowing us to bring in some of our own fixtures. His project manager was also amazing, on top on everything and great at communicating changes and timelines. Super impressed with the overall experience and would definitely build with him again.
