  I and my friend originally went to this branch in order to print statements and get some US cash, and we were provided with excellent service by a very nice young lady Jocelyn Song. She was super kind as well as very helpful, always with a happy smile. We did not realize she is also Mandarin speaking until she pulled up our profile and mentioned our names correctly (her English is like the local staff without accent). Not only she complete our needs efficiently , but also she offered us the most effective information about our banking. We then had an amazing appointment experience with her several days after. Without her help, I would not have found that there is an e savings account that meeting our needs much better than the one we had, which gave us little interest. Jocelyn helped us with GICs with a even better interest rates. She also gave us a US account and showed us to how to exchange US so easily through the app, without have to wait in line travel to a branch. She even showed us how to add our cards to the RBC wallet app to tap my phone for shopping. Now I depend on this function daily. I wonder why my previous account manager did not tell me any options I could choose. She has many helpful little tips about online banking too, like print void check, give account nick names and set alerts, now I get a message after every single transaction, which makes me feel so safe. I enjoyed and appreciate her advice. Hope she can stay this branch after her training so that we can visit her so conveniently from western. I have already highly recommended her to friends as trusted account manager.

  Best bank branch I've ever dealt with. Friendly, helpful staff, only downside is the new Branch Manager is not a nice as the previous one.
