(September 26, 2018, 1:41 am)I moved in to 939 Western Road at the beginning of the school year. Ashleigh has been amazing in helping me settle in to my apartment! She's quick to answer my questions, and the moving-in process was very smooth! I've lived here for a month, and everyone I've met has been super nice. I also like how spacious the apartment is and the sound-proof walls! Overall, I love living here and would recommend to any student looking for a place near campus!
(September 25, 2018, 1:12 am)My experience at 939 Western has been pretty amazing so far. It's located very close to campus, close to bus stops, and great shopping. Management, specifically Ashleigh has been very attentive in making sure any concerns or needs are met effectively and promptly. Very pleased to have chosen to live with CLV.
(September 12, 2018, 7:51 pm)Ashleigh is a great building manager ! Any time I’ve had any issues she’s super quick to help. As well, the maintenance team is fantastic, addressing all issues promptly. I really like how spacious my apartment is, and how close it is to Western as well as downtown. The location is perfect !
(September 6, 2018, 5:54 pm)My son rents an apartment at 939 Western Road for University. We have found that the buildings are kept clean and find the sound to be very minimal. More importantly the level of service received from management, namely Ashleigh, is exemplary. She not only replies in a timely fashion but also proactively follows back up with us if we have experienced any issues or concerns. She is prompt to assist us even if beyond the scope of her job. She listens and is organized in such a way to ensure she never forgets a request we make.
Highly recommended.

Ashleigh continues to meet my needs as a tenant a year after moving in. Satisfactory service continues!
