(January 15, 2021, 6:30 pm)So happy with my Balloon order. Spoke with Ray, extremely helpful and kind. I'm from Toronto and beacause of Covid couldn't travel into London to celebrate my Dads 75th. I had the balloons delivered and honestly Ray made it so easy. 100 recommend. Also found prices to be very fair !!!
