Mosaik Apartments

Leanne was a absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication and response to my questions has been quick and efficient. I am excited to move in to 325 Mosaik and look forward to many years there.

One of the best buildings in London. Low rise, very quiet, and well maintained. Apartments are clean and very spacious. Good, safe area with some nice greenery and trails to walk through. Company is quick to answer maintenance requests and solve the few minor issues that have come up in 2+ years. Current Building Manager is fantastic. No complaints here!

My husband and I have lived here nearly a year. We like it very much. The common spaces are well maintained, it is a quiet building with no noise from other units which was very important to us. We Have had one concern, a break-in and our car was damaged along with 4 others. Several of us wrote letters to have a fob required between apartments and garage and vice versa. Management refused citing fire laws which is odd since our Condo downtown and other apartments use them. Other than that we feel safe, nice residents, apartments have the extras ie granite, tray ceilings ceramic tile and all the amenities.
