The nurses are amazing! Very helpful, considerate, knowledgeable and respectful! My Doctor Now is a necessary resource especially now when so many family doctors are difficult to access. Although there may be a bit of a wait for the doctor to call you back, they are still very prompt and provide excellent care! Thank you!

The walk in experience as well as the ‘Covid measures’ at home experience have been thorough, professional, provided me with patient education, email follow-up, and timely. I would, and do recommend this clinic to everyone. It’s an innovative and ingenious way to treat patients. The patient - doctor interactions do not lack empathy, or the human touch you would attribute to an in person exam room visit, the physician asks multiple questions to gain a clear understanding . Both my experiences were excellent! Thank you!

Being without a family health care provider in a new city can be daunting at the best of times, and with the added pandemic, even more so.
