We had a wonderful experience coming here, the security guard held the doors for us, we were promptly greeted, and Deb, who helped us, was amazing. Coming from Montreal and not being a member of a crime syndicate means being marginalized quite often and so it was refreshing to be treated like valued customers again. We even hauled in our 2 tiny ones and everyone was very pleasant! Needless to say I know who my AD for the foreseeable future will be. Thanks again Deb!

What an outstanding experience I had purchasing a watch recently at Nash Jewellers. Firstly, the level of customer service this store presents to its customers is like nothing I have ever experienced. It is very obvious that passion runs through the veins of the entire stuff at Nash. Collin, Deb, Richard and Brian worked hard to get me the watch I wanted and did not rest until the watch was on my wrist and a big smile was on my face. A store does not merely stay in business for over 100 years because of luck, this family and their ability to please their customer at any cost is an obvious indication of the stores' success. Just an overall amazing experience getting a ring for my now fiancee. Bryan was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to source a yellow diamond for me. I thought I was being difficult at times but Bryan assured me that he enjoyed these types of projects. Everything was made easy and they even fixed my watch while I was there!
