This office is one of the best, as other reviewers mentioned, i went there for my new passport at 7:45am, the mall door opened at 8:00 am (make sure you use the main entrance not the one close to shoppers). I was the number 2 person in the line. The security guard was very helpful, the agent who took care of my file was professional, he helped fixed my forms… thank you for all. Keep up the good work

This passport office is awesome. I went in early at around 7:30 and there was line but all the agents there were very courteous and very fast in processing everyone’s requests. The reviews are very true as I experienced it myself. I was out in less than 20 mins and I was able to pick my passport in person in 2 days.

Everything was great! Stopped in to check it out a week before going in to get our passports as we were trying to head off surprises. The only surprises we got were great and helpful people who were efficient at their respective jobs and very pleasant. We had heard horror stories of long delays and as our passports were up in the fall we decided to start early. Our "check it out" visit was met with a customs officer at the door that explained the procedure and helped us with the correct forms. He even suggested that the time we arrived was good that particular day and may be good again the weeks following. The following week we completed the forms, got our pictures taken and came back. It was a bit busier than the previous week but the wait time after checking in was about an hour and that's what he had told us to expect. The fellow that helped us was counter #7. His name was Liam. He was a great guy. Very helpful and explained things as he went. You'll be lucky to get him. Also, the first person we met that gave us our ticket number was very pleasant although I couldn't get her name as her name badge was not visible to me. She was very pleasant and smiled the whole time. You guys and girls at the London passport office make dealing with a Government agency a pleasure. Thank you to the three of you. I should add that a "check it out" visit isn't necessary as they are right there to help. Also, I had tried to book an appointment time ahead but was unable to book one. Not sure why but everything went smoothly without it.

I had to get my passport and my husband’s passport renewed and I had lost mine so there was an added form I had to fill out. I was out in 1 hr and it will be mailed out in 2 weeks! This is very acceptable in terms of wait times IMO. All the employees were very pleasant including Sam the one who took all my forms. Only thing I didn’t like was that it is hidden down a hallway beside Shoppers and was hard to find. Needs better LARGE signage
