They are passionate about building, listened to our everchanging plans and were always willing to discuss options. Our house has changed considerably, Brad had the vision to take our small reno and completely change the look of our home. Our builder said numerous times that these are the best drawings he has ever worked with and praised Brad's thoroughness and foresight. Thanks for everything; it is hard to believe we are at the same house!
