This is the second time I have entrusted my boots to these fine Gentlemen. I am so impressed at the quality of their work. They are forthright and honest. My boots are brand new all over again. I won't go anywhere else for shoe repair! Thank you Westowne!

I had a great experience with Luigi! I found a small repair needed on a pair of shoes and needed it done the same day. He got it done quickly and for a good price! The repair seems to be better quality than what the shoes started with.

Luigi is a great and honest guy who does great work at reasonable prices. I've been to see him twice now, and was extremely happy on both occasions. The first time, I had a full leather resole and reheel (combination) on a pair of oxfords. As part of this, he gave me a good deal on some shoe trees, a shoe horn and threw in a shoe shine sponge. The second time, I had a pair of loafers reheeled (combination) and another pair of oxfords reheeled (combination) and half leather resoled. I forgot to mention that the insoles of the oxfords were wearing out when I dropped them off. When I came to collect them, lo and behold he had installed brand new insoles free of charge, and gave both the oxfords and the loafers a high-gloss shine. I've been breaking in the new soles on the oxfords (they're holding up really well) and with the new insoles, they feel brand-new again. Thanks Luigi!

The owner is very friendly and is an expert who works extremely hard. He is always there to greet people and gives good price. He does excellent job repairing leather stuffs, bags, shoes and even key cuts.
