Bravo! Property Care & Services Inc.

We recently purchased a new home and Bravo Property Care & Services built a deck/patio off the back for us. I have dealt with many different contractors over the years and I must say that Bravo Property Care & Services was by far one of the best that I have ever worked with. Dylan is extremely professional, responded promptly to all of my calls and/or messages and was able to accommodate a couple of minor revisions to our original plans without any problems. In addition, he started and finished the work on schedule. I would highly recommend Bravo Property Care & Services!

We hired Bravo! to build our back patio. We are pleased with the work done and would use their services again for future projects. Dylan was diligent in his work and easy to work with.

Dylan was very easy to work with. Very agreeable, did exactly what he said he was going to and came when he said he was going to. Did a good job and understood what I wanted done. I would for sure hire him again. Very honest too.

Great company to hire. Takes care of the job and gets it done right the first time. Love the landscaping they do, received tons of compliments! Really ties in the rest of the property. Highly recommend !

Dylan from Bravo! Property Care & Services did an excellent sod installation for our backyard!

We live in Old East Village so we have several mature trees on our property, as well as on our neighbour's property. This means a lot of shade. On top of that, we had star of bethlehem or grape hyacinth infesting our lawn (which was mostly weeds, to be honest). Dylan did a fantastic job removing the old turf and was very thorough removing the star of bethlehem weeds, which grow from tiny bulbs.

The job was done quickly and was very affordable. I can't recommend Dylan enough!
