I got a slice at the counter today, it was warmed up to perfection, the pizza here is great.if you haven't had Gino's pizza before I highly recommend it

UPDATE: I received my order for free, 2.5-3 hours late. Along with a $10 credit for my next purchase. Still the tastiest pizza I GUESS.

I ordered a pizza to work, an hour and a half in advance, and asked for it to be delivered for 6:40, 10 minutes before my break, which ends at 7:10.

It hasn't shown up by 7:00 so I call and they say it's less than 5 minutes away. By 7:10 (the end of my break) I call to say a pizza I ordered probably 2 hours ago now is 30 minutes late, and my lunch is over. They said they'd send it for free, which I declined because I'm now working, not on lunch. I asked if I could get the same order delivered to a different address after work, so I can eat it. Not let it sit and get cold.

What they tell me is that pizza will be bad by 11pm. They don't offer to make a new one for me. Instead they refunded the $25 purchase charge, and offered me a $10 credit towards my next order.

Why would I order from you guys again if my pizza won't show up anyway?

It sucks that I have to leave this review because I loved Gino's ????.
