Aidan got great reviews from a presentation he gave to our senior leaders at the municipality of Norfolk County. He has a great stage presence and keeps the audience engaged and forward thinking.
I attended Aidan's LGTB+ Inclusion workshop twice in different settings. He is not only a warm, welcoming and fun person, he infusion this into the content of the workshop. It was interactive, informative and fun. It is hard to find someone with the same passion for diversity and be able to teach it in an empathetic way to make everyone reflect. Aidan is that person
Aidan expertly designed and facilitated a team building and development session for my management team at Toronto Police Service. The session was thoughtfully designed and based on our specific needs. We are a challenging group and do not open up easily - Aidan managed our group seamlessly and fully engaged each and every one of us. Feedback from participants was excellent and we look forward to working with Prince HR Consulting again soon.
Thank you so much for a valuable training session with our staff. We would absolutely recommend Aidan to any business working on growing a safe and inclusive space.
The direction and guidance Aidan has provided us has been invaluable. His efforts have been focused on sustainable initiatives for business development and planning. He has assisted with providing best practices for establishing effective infrastructures, overseen many forms of communication with various media, while ensuring accessible communication is utilized. He has been self-less with his time and experience in order to support our organization and community. This can be seen through his volunteer efforts with us and the community, especially as he has coordinated appropriate networking within the LGBT+ community as well as conducted Positive Space training seminars at our facility to ensure we are providing an inclusive environment. We will always look to benefit from what Aidan has to offer for our professional presence and development within our greater community.
