I worked with the team from Refined on two separate projects and would definitely recommend. I was impressed with the selection and quality of product offered at both locations!
We had Ismail (Sam) and his team install hardwood, tile, and vinyl floors. He is patient, meticulous, and does beautiful clean work.
Genti & Hani offered a lot of knowledge behind each product, and steered me in the right direction. A reno comes with many moving parts and sometimes things are missed. A minor hiccup arose and Sam & Hani were quick to rectify it professionally and efficiently!

Great selection and very helpful team

We went to Refined today on the recommendation of our contractor. This store is huge and offers everything you are looking for in flooring. The tile selection is gorgeous and different from other places. We met with Hani and he was so knowledgeable about design and material. I’ve never been so confident in listening to suggestions from a salesperson before. He understood exactly the look we were going for. I’ve already recommended him to several other people that are doing renovations.
