Such a kind and helpful doctor! I would highly recommend if you have any small medical issue or if you need quick medical advice to come to this clinic. The doctor is very helpful in explaining symptoms and what could or couldn't be wrong. Of course they're within their limitations, since it is just a walk-in, but overall if you wind up having to go to a clinic, I'd recommend this one.
The receptionist is also quite nice, especially if you're not rude or pushy.
I don't have a family doctor, but I'm happy that this clinic keeps my info on file (and because there's only one doc), it never feels like I have to re-explain my medical history on each visit.
If you're visiting, plan to visit during the week days and avoid Saturday mornings. Since it's closed on Fridays, there's usually a bit of a crowd the next day and it could be an hour or so wait (again, there's only one doctor and he tries his best to give you the time of day).
Dr. Mohammed is a good doctor for adult patients. He has always been very thorough and accurate; however, when I took my young daughter to see him, he diagnosed her with a cold even though she showed signs of infection. He told me not to panic, but luckily I did as she actually ended up requiring hospitalization and stayed in the hospital for a number of days due to the severity of infection. I would highly recommend adult patients see him, but I would suggest taking children to a pediatric walk-in clinic.
Also, I noticed the receptionist is very inconsistent with how she treats patients. I observed some patients going up to ask her how much longer the wait time is, and she'd look at the list and respond with a number, such as "there are 8 ahead of you." But then when others asked, she'd say "I don't know how many people are here that are on the list so I can't say." I guess she said this because people come and go, but I don't understand why she was able to tell some people their place in line, but others she'd reject shortly after. It felt like she was picking favourites by delivering inconsistent responses, or that her list wasn't in order and she actually didn't know who came next.
The receptionist is extremely polite and friendly and empathetic. The doctors are by far the best in London walkins that I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot! Long wait but makes up for it with great doctors and reception staff.
Great service and the doctor is great. But, I gave 3 stars because anytime I try to call they don't answer thier phones. Irritating considering I was told to call them.
This doctor is truly the best doctor I have ever met. If you need someone to care and listen to you, he's the perfect person to go to. I discovered I had a rare condition, this was the only doctor willing to listen to me and refer me to multiple places for me to get answers/help. He is a very genuine person and is worth the wait time which is maximum an hour. I've been to him multiple times for myself and my family and every time he has been exceptional.
