I cannot thank Katie & Dakota enough for everything they did for us on our wedding day! I’m quite a type A bride and I was able to actually enjoy our special day and didn’t have to worry about anything because Katie & Dakota had everything handled. They created the day I had dreamed of and dealt with all the little hiccups as they came and no one was the wiser. They are some of the kindest people and their passion for creating a day you can enjoy really shows through from the first moment you meet them. They always say they want you to feel like a guest at your wedding so you can actually enjoy the day as a couple and they took every step to make sure that happened. From ensuring we were eating, to making sure our guests were cared for, communicating with all our vendors to keep the night running smoothly, and even making sure our dog made her way down the aisle too, they went above and beyond in countless ways. For anyone searching for a day of coordinator for their wedding, these two will meet every expectation and then some, and are just simply amazing humans we are so happy we got to meet!

We booked Katie and Dakota for our day of coordinators for our wedding and it was hands down one of the BEST decisions we made while planning. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly and the day was exactly what we wanted. Their hard work made us able to spend time enjoying the day we planned for so long.
Everything we asked them to do was completed perfectly and they thought of and completed so many other tasks/details we hadn’t even thought of. I couldn’t recommend them enough as day of coordinators.

From planning, set up, and take down to the actual event, they were there to help and made sure we never had a worry and were always incredibly pleasant to interact with. They promptly took care of any hiccups encountered regarding our event so that we could enjoy every part of our day. Katie and Dakota were prepared, knowledgeable, and professional, easily able to read situations and provide solutions, and I would put my trust in them again 100%. I baked my first cake over the Thanksgiving weekend after having my pantry organized with Katie. It was such a seamless process for me! Knowing where everything was, all my ingredients were in containers clearly labelled and everything had a place when I reached to put it all back. I swear it cut down my time in baking because everything was so organized and accessible! Working with Katie was a really positive experience; she recommended which containers I should purchase ahead of our organizing appointment. She clearly walked me through the steps we would take to get my pantry looking the way I wanted it to. When I started to lose steam and feel overwhelmed, she persevered with way more energy and she got the task done. It took awhile and it definitely had to get worse before it got better but now it's amazing. It looks just like it did when I first moved in two years ago! I’ve also managed to keep things organized and tidy the past couple of months too. I would highly recommend Katie and her services for any project at home that is in desperate need of some organization!
