My parrents rented an apartment at this location for a year back in 2016 while they searched for our current house, was a very nice 3 bedroom with balcony. Our key didn't work for the pool access even though it should have but seeing the pool it wasn't the best looking pool so we were not to bothered about that.
I'd have given a better rating but the emailed conversations exchanged to try and rent an apparentment at this location showed me a poor lack of customer service and I feel even in person the service provided to renters would be lacking. I'd recommend emailing or calling other buildings before contacting this one if you're looking for a place to rent for 1 year or more.
We moved to Rosecliffe Gardens I on March, 2021 and our experience has been excellent. The building Superintendents Elaine and Todd are extremely helpful, approachable and friendly. They both work very hard on a daily basis and keep the building in top notch condition. Love this building.....Don and Donna 👍👍👍👍

Richard and I have lived at Rosecliffe Gardens II for almost two years. We checked out a number of apartment buildings before moving here and selling our home.
Several factors led us to choose this property – the location, right across from Springbank Park and the Civic Gardens, is perfect. Just steps away from the amazing walking trails along the river! The buildings are attractive and attractively landscaped.
One thing which stood out to us at the time of our initial tour was how friendly the Building Manager, Elaine, was. She really welcomed us to see the property and made us feel like family.
Our apartment is spacious – with lots of windows, and a pleasing layout. The building itself is quiet – the other residents are very friendly. There are lots of opportunities to socialize and meet your neighbours, as well as a number of recreational facilities – workout room , swimming pool and sauna.
The building superintendents, Elaine and Todd are outstanding – very responsive to any issues that arise. They make it a point to connect with tenants in a professional, but very friendly way. Day-to-day maintenance is excellent – this is not a brand-new building with all the latest ‘bells and whistles’ (granite, hardwood or stainless), but it is quiet, well maintained and a great place to live.
Monika and Sunoy Sanatani: We have been living in this building since 2011 and we now regard this as our 'permanent-home'! The amenities we have -- in the Apartment and in the Building -- are of very good qualities. We have lived 'under' several building-managers. The current building managers -- Elaine and Todd -- are superb! In their hands, the maintenance of all facilities is excellent. Elaine and Todd not only attend to all needs of all kinds promptly, they also show kindness, respect, and good humour at all times, - something which creates a pleasant atmosphere for everyone in the building. We highly appreciate their contribution to our happy living in this place.
We hope they will never be moved to other buildings belonging to Drewlo Holdings!
