StorageMart

My husband and I recently rented a unit. At first, we had gone somewhere else cause it was a bit cheaper. After we paid the admin fee, he had second doubts. But when we came to storage mart, we liked the place instantly. There were locks on every door, even if they weren't rented, which we liked because it doesn't tell people which ones are rented or not. Plus, inside seemed more secure. We were happy with it, and rented it, and we are glad we got this because we feel like its secure and you don't have to worry about your stuff. And it's really clean there. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff where wonderful and really helped but any concerns to rest.

Service was great Kyle was super helpful and friendly. Despite being new he was well versed and customer oriented

This location is very clean. The staff is very helpful. Even left our unit unlocked, and I believe one of the staff left a note/locked the unit for us. Thank you! :)
They definitely go above and beyond.
I do believe however there's miscommunication between StorageMart and their franchises.
I understand if this location, or others, do not give you a free month's rent.
But StorageMarts ads and website can be very misleading/false advertising.
I was told the offer 'has expired' in store, then was told after the fact when putting stuff in my unit that the location doesn't offer it at all?
Definitely some communication between the two needs improvement and with the staff.
Other than that, I highly recommend this storage facility to everyone :), and will continue to rent here.
