Very good experience! A nice place to spend with kids or anyone visiting London, ON. Animals very well taking care off. Kids can lean a lot about reptile. Also a nice kids play ground. Very cool, nice and clean place to visit. Time needed 2-3 hours. Also $19 per adult I think it’s a very affordable for what they offer! Posted pictures are more to show the exhibit…

The zoo staff are very good with guests, and often provide a personalized experience that exceeds expectations. I have enjoyed seeing some new species and learned a lot!

Excellent experience. Highly recommend to visitors to London or for a family outing. The place is clean, well managed and is educational for children. Recommend buying tickets and excursions ahead of time. Special thanks to Caroline!

We went as a home-schooling group and in the future will go again if the group option is available. The man leading the lesson was informative and polite, and the walk-through area was large enough for wheelchairs and strollers. Unfortunately, I didn't like seeing the lack of fresh plants in the exhibits. We felt it was worth the money when in the group, If we went individually I don't think I would be saying the same things. The staff are excellent and the washrooms, hand wash stations, shop, and kid zone were well-designed except for the sand box area- it's way too dusty in there to breathe!

Awesome facility! Animals are well cared for an active. They seem happy and engaged, unlike other zoos I’ve seen. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Good mix of endangered and more common animals on display. Nice gift shop/reptile supplies shop and a play centre with equipment and sandbox for kids to play in too. For sure worth the admission price ($20 for adults). Spent about 2+ hours there because the animals were so fun to watch, and we caught a feeding show, too!
