Clean and friendly... Good greeter at the door with great service inside. I was on a quest to find the Spider man comic my grandson. The young lady attended my search on their computer, quickly informing me that it was not in any of their stores at the moment... Thats when I called me grandson. He settled for" THE AMAZING SPIDER MAN".

Went today to Chapters in south London and had a a amazing experience. I was looking for a book for my dad for Christmas with regards to space and telescope star mapping. I didn’t really know what to look for until I found Cindy. She was so beyond helpful and knowledgeable! She even was able to share some amazing tricks about stargazing! Couldn’t be happier with my purchases and service today. I for sure will be back for more books and lots more information from Cindy!! Thank you again Cindy!

What a beautiful store! They have a wide selection of books, games and learning games, as well as many different gift ideas. I was pleasantly surprised at what they sell. They're not just a book store anymore! The staff was friendly and helpful.

A nice and well maintained chapters. Sometimes a bit hard to find help but it's never too bad. If they don't have what you're looking for they can order it for pickup at the store pretty quickly.

Something for the whole family...and I'm not much of a reader per-say
