Excellent service, hassle free warranty exchange. Will definitely be buying all my future work boots from here.

Nice store. The employees give you a very hands on, one-on-one, personalized experience. The man who helped me was very friendly overall. I'd recommend it but read below to see the issues I faced at this store:
The machine that measures your feet isn't exactly fat friendly. If they ever change or redesign it, they should make it a bit wider so it's more accessible.
I'm also concerned with the accuracy of the sizing machine - I wear a men's 8, but the machine suggested a boys size 4! This shocked me.
Finally, I had pointed out a pair I liked and requested to try them on. The employee brought them out in a size 7, I tried them and liked them. I asked the price and was told it.
Then I get to the register, credit card out ready to buy, and they ring up 50 dollars more expensive than I was told.
Turns out there was an error, the employee brought out the wrong model of boots. This is totally fine! But I didn't love the cheaper pair, and they didn't have it in my size. And then... That was it.
Maybe I expect too much, but in a store of this calibre, that offers an otherwise high quality customer experience, I expected something to be done.
I would've accepted any discount, or to pay the price I was originally quoted, or even if they could've thrown in a free item such as a hat for me (I had asked about the hats earlier, they knew I was interested).
This is the type of service and respect I've come to expect when shopping for high quality/expensive items such as jewelry, vehicles, etc., and I expected it here too. So to just be shrugged at essentially and leave empty handed was really unfortunate.
Hands down best experience buying boots I've ever had. And I am a boot collector as some would say. Daniel was fantastic. Helped me to choose the actual right size, was extremely personable and friendly and if I had more time, I would have purchased atleast one more pair. Not to mention a pair of socks added in.
Would give red wings a general 4.5/5, however Daniel made it a 5/5. Could have been a better experience due to us having the same name as well but who knows LOL.
I've been an owner for a few pairs of Iron Rangers for quite some time. So, I popped into the London Ontario location to have a look at what they had that I could use for a duty boot. I purchased a pair of the soft sole work boots in black. They ended up not being right for me, and caused me some discomfort. The store owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and trying to set things right. He ended up doing me a solid, and allowing me to exchange the boots for a pair of black rangers (with me paying the difference, of course).
I used some black leather dye to black out the white stitching and brown leather details. Now they look old-skool awesome, and I'm looking forward to wearing a pair of at work as well as home.
Massive kudos go to Cliff, his son, and other employees. You have a great store, and fantastic customer service.
Here's a photo of the newly renovated I Iron Rangers. -Ty
As a lawn maintenance company we live and die by the quality of our footwear. Red wing delivers this so well it’s made it’s way into my casual wear. Being greeted by the owner operator of a company is something all customers appreciate so you know there’s no BS. I won’t NEED to buy more boots from them but anytime I want new ones this is the only place I’ll be going and recommending.
