He helped me pick out colours to suit what I was looking for, planned out the design with me, and it was all completed within 20 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable as well. He even gave my 3 year old a balloon to keep him occupied while we waited.

(January 12, 2022, 4:06 am)Very organized and clean. Not junky at all. You can get helium balloons there now and lots of party items. If you are looking for a discount store in White Oaks make this one your stop! Very friendly staff/owners.
