Friendly people and service and has a small care boxes if they have enough donations of non perishable foods. Also help give you information on what other services that may be able to help others. Parking is free at the side of the building. Also shares the building with two other businesses ACOL and London Cares.”

The staff on that phone line are very respectful, and send their team out just as soon as possible, to offer hydration, food, links to shelter if they wish. No police involvement.
