(September 22, 2020, 6:10 pm)I went to return some old plates to get a refund on my sticker. I was greeted by a smile on the other side of the glass shield. Julia was super friendly and helpful, making the paperwork to fill out quick and easy. She even checked to see if I was due in the next few months to renew my license or health card.
This was probably the best visit that I've ever had in an MTO office. If you are complaining that you made a trip for no reason because that office doesn't provide a service that you needed then you didn't check their website first.
