Motor for chair came as discussed. Installed in chair with only one issue, it was about one inch too long. I cut a notch out of the bottom back out of the chair and it has worked fine so far.
My dishwasher is perfect. It arrived in no time. Tracking was provided. Shipper was responsive.
You always get quality with Moen. Had an issue with a couple missing parts, contacted Andrew at Ontario Surplus and the funds to purchase the missing parts locally was immediately applied to my credit card, this is a great business model and great customer service, well done 👍
I placed the order on Monday next day I got the confirmation email, and Wednesday I received my order with free goodies! Thank you so much and I will definitely be shopping with you again!
Service and support from Ontario Surplus was excellent. Very responsive pre-sales for questions. Shipping was quick and followup was very good.
The Bushwacker combined sill and rocker guards were a great price from Ontario Surplus. Reading the reviews on the product helped to be prepared for some install requirements. I really like the product but it could be improved. The fit for a 2022 Ram 1500 Classic Crew Cab required some modifications. I had to cut the guards to fit around the running board mounting brackets. I could have removed the brackets first and cut a little less off but it's pretty hidden under there anyway. I did add some extra 3m tape on some edges that had none. The overall fit is pretty good but they should really cover more of the sills. Alignment to get a tight fit between the front and rear guards is tricky.......make sure to dry fit and push hard on the guards to align to body lines. A loose fit will leave a sizeable gap between the guards, which some people have reported as a defect.
The biggest issue I have is that the edge of the guards don't have a tight fit to truck body in some places, leaving gaps that will allow water and grit to enter. I spent some time applying black sealant around the top edges to close the gaps and give a cleaner edge finish. Hopefully that will also provide better adhesion since a couple of places didn't hold very well with the tape.
Overall, very pleased with the end result and would definitely look to Ontario Surplus mfor other products.
