Oh man I cannot say enough good things about this company. When I was looking for my house, we had The Inspectors check out potential homes to purchase I think five times (the market was really hot). The inspector they sent, Kelly Hamlyn, was thorough and patient, pointing out all sorts of things I wouldn't even think to look for. He also might be one of the friendliest people I've met in the last few years. In between laughs, he helped me understand whether or not I should buy certain properties, and helped me dodge a couple of bullets in the shape of houses with crumbling foundations I wouldn't even have thought to look for.

I can't recommend this company enough if you're looking for a house and want to make sure it's a good investment. I'd give them ten stars if I could!
