InstaCare Pharmacy, Kilworth & Komoka

Hands down the best pharmacy I've used!! Rashmin, the owner, literally knows everyone by name. He is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. One of the things that drew me to this pharmacy was the hours. He offers better hours than all the other local pharmacies in the area. He just introduced a new app, which is exciting. I used to use a big chain pharmacy before that had an app so this is a really great added bonus. Today I went to pick up a prescription and Rashmin informed me he had sought out a manufacturer's discount for my prescription and I ended up not having to pay anything because the discount and my health plan covered it all. That's just the kind of person he is, always wanting to help his clients. You won't be disappointed if you move your prescriptions to this pharmacy.

Rashmin and Sagar are a great asset to us in Komoka and Kilworth. We have been with them for the last couple of years and can’t say enough about how helpful they are. If you are looking for caring and service for your pharmacy needs, give them a try and see what we are saying.

I could not say enough great things about the team at Instacare! Not only are so they so kind and helpful when you go in but today I needed a medicine for my three month old son that was on back order and the pharmacist bent over backwards to help us find it and get it the same day. Very helpful and kind to the new parents out there. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. Rashmin is the epitome of a professional who truly cares about his customers. He took the time to guide me through the virtual visit set up and helped problem solve when they were not calling me back. He then ensured that my prescription was filled immediately. I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. I called on a Saturday for the walk-in clinic, the pharmacy owner told me that they were not open. He continued to search online for other walk-in clinics that would be open around me. He then told me he would add me into an online virtual queue. He collected all my information and submitted it for me. He could have easily just given me the website but instead walked me though it. I got a call later that night from a doctor and was able to pick up my prescription at 10am the next day. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and clinic. 10/10!
